An AI-powered business platform for marketing, customer engagement and operations — reputation management, AI chat support, social media, ad creation, CRM and campaign execution in one suite.

  • Built the NestJS backend on Apollo Server, Redis, GraphQL and Prisma, with JWT and Passport for auth, bcrypt for hashing and crypto-js for encryption.
  • Integrated the Meta Business API and embedded sign-up for WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter management.
